All Coral offices are equipped with inter-office and out-going e-mail. As other multiple locations, customers are reliant upon the electronic transfer of information, this has already been established, all staff trained and the investments made in the technical equipment required for fast and efficient transferring of information. Any reports regarding services rendered, repairs, recommendations, retrofits, financial inquiries, etc. can be addressed at any offices due to our impressive network between Coral offices. This provides our Customers with the information how and when they want it.
Coral has created many different formats for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, dependent on the individual requirements of our multi-locations Accounts. Coral Canada Wide currently performs work for a number of national and regional locations. Our service technicians are all equipped with cellular phones capable of receiving text and voice messages. Each of the technicians is provided with a digital camera to assist in relaying information specific to a piece of equipment. (A picture is worth a thousand words).
Our service administration team is able to receive service updates and provide pricing on emergency calls to expedite repairs and remain cost effective while the technician is on site.

Boyd has been with Coral for 15 years and is the Director of Service Operations and the Regional Accounts Manager. Boyd has over 30 years of experience as a Technician in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry and is a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic with Inter-Provincial status. Boyd has held positions as a Technician, Service Manager, Service Director, and as an Owner in the industry.
Alan Turner
P. Eng. - Director of Sales and Engineering. Alan is a Professional Engineer who graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1972 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alan has over 40 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. He is a professional Engineer registered in BC, Alberta and Ontario.

Mark Maveal is a proven leader with 31 years HVAC industry experience in various capacities including: Sales management, operations management and senior management at both regional and national levels.
